Salesforce Lightning
At Salesforce I led the design direction for the first major UI refresh in over a decade, focusing on sales productivity (Home, Tasks, Calendar, Notes, Files) and redesigning Microsoft partner integrations with Outlook and Skype for Business. The results were a headline feature at Dreamforce 2015, higher conversion rates and improved trial-to-paid customer adoption and the design was widely praised by customers and industry analysts for its usability and polish.

My team designed the Lightning core sales productivity experiences at Salesforce: Home, Notes, Tasks, Calendar and Files across web and mobile.
This work relied on the new Lightning Design System as it was being designed and Lightning Components. In turn, we provided feedback into the design system to improve it. The result was a fresh, cohesive, responsive experience which supported sales reps in staying organized and closing deals faster.
