Led vision and design for key product areas: Onboarding, Admin, and Google Workspace integration in close collaboration with product leadership to shape strategic direction. Validated concepts in partnership with user research to ensure solutions met user needs. The result was new Admin and Google Add-on features shipping in the spring release, as well as creation of a design framework for AI-powered onboarding in Teams, validated with strong user feedback.
